Qualifications

Dealers MUST meet these requirements to qualify.

• Provide business name and address with state tax ID number or business license (U.S. domestic customers only).
• Provide government form confirming business status (international customers only).
• Submit tax exempt number and completed certificate of exemption if your business is located in Ohio, Georgia, or Nevada (U.S. domestic customers only).
• Meet initial buy-in amount and yearly minimum if applicable; please contact us for more information.
• Provide interior and exterior photos of your business including at least one photo displaying permanent signage (Internet "virtual businesses" do not qualify for dealer status). E-mail to CustomerService@AtechMotorsports.com.
• Submit copy of an ad for your business from a local, national, or international publication. E-mail to CustomerService@AtechMotorsports.com.
• Agree to advertise proprietary items at or above the parent company’s retail prices.
• Agree to purchase parts for resale purposes only (U.S. domestic customers only).
• Agree to receive emails highlighting special discounts or announcements concerning brands, parts or special events related to Atech Motorsports. Customers may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

Payment

• Atech Motorsports accepts Visa, Discover, American Express, MasterCard, CarCare One card, and wire transfers. The credit card used must belong to the business or the business owner. We cannot accept third party (i.e. employee, customer) credit cards under any circumstance. Orders placed are subject to verification of correct billing name and address. Orders placed using a credit card which does not match the address we have on file will be held until verification is complete. We also accept company checks and money orders. Your name and check number must be imprinted on the check. We do not accept third party checks. Amount of check is limited to $10,000 in U.S. funds. If you are sending a check or money order, please be sure to include your order number. We do not ship C.O.D.

Shipping

• U.S. Domestic orders are processed and shipped from the warehouse closest to your location: Ohio (Akron), Georgia (Atlanta), or Nevada (Reno); international orders are processed and shipped from our Akron, Ohio warehouse.
• U.S. Domestic orders and international orders with domestic “ship to” addresses are shipped prepaid via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground service. Additional fees may apply to non-boxed goods, UPS oversized packages, and truck freight items; please contact us for more informatioin.
• Orders shipped to foreign "ship to" addresses must be prepaid and freight costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Foreign orders take 2-3 business days to process and ship regardless of "ship to" location.
• Multiple invoice copies are attached to all international shipments (domestic and foreign shipping addresses).
• Next Day and Second Day shipping is available on most orders shipped inside the United States. LIMITED TIME OFFER-The rate for Next Day shipping is $12.00 per 20 libs. of product shipped; the rate for Second Day shipping is $9.00 per 20 lbs. of product shipped.
• U.S. Domestic orders with products flagged as hazardous material cannot be shipped Next Day or Second Day Air-these items include oil, paint, aerosols, etc. Additional fees may apply to hazardous material; please contact us for more information.
• International customers cannot purchase products flagged hazardous material.
• LIMITED TIME OFFER-The $9.95 handling fee ($12.95 for international orders) will be waived on orders over $500 with a United States domestic “ship to” address.

Returns

• New and unused items returned within 90 days do not require authorization. Directions for returning parts are on the back of your invoice.
• Returns after 90 days require prior authorization.
• Returns may be subject to a restocking fee; please contact us for more information.

Web Access

• When your account has been established and finalized by Atech Motorsports, you will be assigned a password to gain full access to our website.

We reserve the right to limit quantities and/or refuse business to anyone.

All intellectual property, including product descriptions and images, cannot be used in any way, shape or form without the express written consent of Atech Motorsports.
