Returns will require authorization except for defective products, which may be returned with explanation form completed on back of invoice.

Returns for parts ordered in error or inventory that did not sell will require authorization and an offsetting dollar-for-dollar order.

In the event of a partial backorder, we will ship any available parts; however, you may request that we hold the order until it is full.
